| Program Update and Volunteer Opportunity
LWV Denver held a briefing about the National Western Center in February, which members can access on our website. Here is an update in The Denverite about the National Western Center and the neighborhoods impacted by this huge infrastructure development - article.
This is an example of the ideas that our Program Committee produces to educate our members and the community through our monthly briefings.
We invite more League members to join the Program Committee for the 2025-26 League year to work with us to offer timely and informative meetings.

Friday, May 16, 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 17, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Denver is entitled to have ten (10) delegates to the State Annual Meeting. We will meet via Zoom on Friday from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Then on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Saturday is the day we vote. Please consider registering to be a voting delegate. Contact Jeanette Scotland at jscotland@gmail.com to get your name listed as a delegate.
Denver members are welcome and encouraged to attend without being a delegate. Here is the link to register. I hope to see you there!
