Be a Part of the National Study on the Federal Judiciary
We are forming a team of Leaguers to study the federal judiciary as part of a national study. Once completed, this work will allow us to lobby on issues related to the judiciary.
LWVUS will provide study materials and consensus questions and we can also develop our own materials related to the scope of the study. League has not initiated a new study in some time, so this should be an exciting activity for members, especially as it is being done in record time.

There will be many ballot issues for Denver residents to consider this November. Members of the Voter Service Committee are researching and preparing information on the issues that are referred from city council or initiated by citizens. For each election which includes ballot issues, LWV Denver receives requests for speakers to present ballot information to groups such as community organizations, residential facilities, etc.
Do you enjoy public speaking? Are you interested in sharing concise and fair information with others? If yes, please volunteer for our Speakers Bureau! We provide you the written information and a PowerPoint presentation for you to use if you wish. This is a great way for our members to better understand the ballot and share this knowledge with others.
